Windows Missing Package
Use these steps if you encounter a missing package error when trying to launch a module on a Windows device.
If your computer provides you an error that looks like the following screenshot, then you will need to install an additional package. Close the error and the module before you continue.

Download the following zip file to a location on your computer that you can remember.

If your web browser does not prompt you to choose a location and automatically download the file, it may have saved it to your Downloads folder.
Navigate to the folder on your computer that you saved the module to.

Download the zip file.

Extract the zip file.
After you have successfully extracted the zip file, go into the newly extracted folder to get access to the file named
vcruntime140_1.dll
.
Right-click on the
vcruntime140_1.dll
file and select the “Copy” option.
Open a new file browser and navigate to your C: drive. You can easily access this by going to the This PC link.

Navigate into the folder labeled Windows.

Navigate into the folder labeled System32.

Right-click in an area with white space and select the “Paste” option. This will copy the
vcruntime140_1.dll
file into a location that your computer can use to launch the module.
Some computers will need to be rebooted after copying the file in order to launch the module.
